Linear and Jira
Let reviews read the issue a change is linked to.
Connect Linear or Jira, and a review can read the issue behind a change. The review then checks the change against what the issue asked for. Connect the tracker your team uses, or connect both.
Connect a tracker
Open the Integrations page
Go to Integrations in the app. Click Connect on Linear or on Jira.
Authorize on the provider
Approve read access on the consent screen. Linear authorizes your Linear workspace. For Jira, Atlassian also asks you to choose the site to connect.
Return to Vetoo
The tracker appears as connected on the Integrations page.
What a review reads
Vetoo looks for an issue key in the branch name first, then in the request's description and title. It reads that issue on demand while it works, rather than in advance. If Vetoo finds no issue key, the review runs on the change alone.
Connect both trackers, and one key can exist in both. Vetoo flags such a key instead of guessing, so keep project keys distinct across the trackers you connect.
