Vetoo

Quickstart

Connect a repository and get your first Vetoo review in a few minutes.

Connect one repository, open a request, and read your first review.

Create your workspace

Sign in at app.vetoo.dev. A new workspace opens the install flow at once.

Connect a provider

Choose GitHub, GitLab, or both.

GitHub installs as an app. Choose the organization. Then choose the repositories Vetoo can read. GitLab connects over OAuth, or over a personal access token with the api scope. For the full steps, see GitHub and GitLab.

Choose a plan

Start on the Free tier without a card. You can upgrade later. Choose a plan now, or wait until after your first review. See Plans and credits.

Connect a repository

Add the first repository you want Vetoo to review. From the app you can add more repositories, or change which repositories are active, at any time.

Open a request

Open a pull request or a merge request. Vetoo reviews the change and posts findings with a verdict. To ask about a finding, mention @vetoo-review in a comment. To start another review, add review this to that comment.

If no review appears on a new request, check four conditions. The repository needs auto-review enabled. The author needs a handle on their member profile. The author needs a seat, because a viewer cannot start a review. The workspace needs enough credits. See Managing repositories, Members and roles, and Plans and credits.
