Managing integrations
Connection states, reconnecting, and removing an integration.
The Integrations page lists every connected integration with its state and its linked account. Only an owner or admin can connect, reconnect, or remove an integration.
Connection states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not connected | Available, but nobody has connected it. |
| Connected | Working. Reviews use it. |
| Needs reconnect | The access stopped working and needs renewal. |
Reconnect an integration
Vetoo refreshes access tokens on its own, so a connection stays live without attention. If Vetoo cannot renew a token, the integration moves to Needs reconnect. If someone revokes the access at the tool, the integration moves there too. Reviews continue without that integration in the meantime. To restore it, click reconnect on the row. Then approve the access again.
Remove an integration
Disconnect an integration from its row. No later review uses it, and Vetoo deletes the stored token. To revoke the access at the tool, remove Vetoo in its settings.
What Vetoo stores
For each connected integration, Vetoo keeps one encrypted access token scoped to your workspace. No workspace can read another workspace's tokens. Vetoo uses the token only while your reviews run, and only to read. See Security and data handling.
